Question: I have a pest control problem, how soon can you get here?
Answer:We are a small business that works to keep our customers happy by getting to them in a timely manner.
In most cases we can get to your problem within a day or week of you calling. Emergencies will be given priority. At real busy times of the year it may take two to three weeks.
Question: Do you also work as an exterminator for bugs and insects?
Answer: No. We do not.
Question: Will my home owner’s insurance pay for your services?
Answer:Most home owners insurance policies will not cover the removal of animals from your home but they may cover the cost of clean up or repair, this is a question you need to ask your agent. Mohr Wildlife Control is willing to work with you and your Insurance companies.
Question:Are you going to use a lot of dangerous poisons or chemicals?
Answer: We choose not to use poisons or pesticides to resolve wildlife conflicts. We do use chemicals to help clean and/or deodorize wildlife waste or skunk spray. The customer’s health and safety, plus those of their family and pets, are always on our mind.
Question:What happens to the animals you catch?
Answer:There are rules and laws that Licensed NWCO have to follow. We at Mohr Wildlife Control follow these rules to better protect you...our customer and your property...along with our business name.
Question: Do you work in bad weather or in the winter time?
Answer: Yes, I work year round in the sunshine, rain, ice and snow. We do jobs in the freezing cold and in the burning heat. There are some jobs I do choose to do on better days for safety reasons.
Question:Do you charge by the animal pest, by the hour, or by the job?
Answer: No two wildlife challenges are identical, and no two types of job are either. We remain flexible on pricing each job to better serve our customers. For example: trapping:I do price a set up fee plus per animal or trip fee. Animal damage repair is priced materials plus time. Bat work is priced per job, not per bat.
Question:Will my property be further damaged catching these animals?
Answer:We strive to prevent further damage to your property.
But the better way to think/look at this question is: if you choose to do nothing with the animal(s) damaging your property, it will only get worse.
Question:Can I watch you work?
Answer:Yes, but in most cases the owner doesn’t need to be around. I only request the owner to be around the day of inspection or set up to sign paper work and grant me access to the property.
